"The ladies who work there are so intelligent, to the point, and soothing. Really down to earth (yet professional) vibe! I have spoken with Dana G. and Pamela A...both have always been very kind and patient. If you need insurance for pizza delivery, Uber, etc, choose SF! You don't have to select "commercial" but I do just to feel more assured and (for me) it turned out to be a few bucks cheaper than their regular insurance. They offer commercial insurance at around the exact same price as an E-surance non-commercial quote. You get a small discount if you buy a 2nd product like renter's insurance. The only bad thing is probably that their line has taken me to a voicemail around maybe 6 p.m. without stating the TOLL-FREE 24-hr # for claims or questions. Seems a big oversight. Oh and just ask them if they have any ideas if you are trying to make the payment not come out of your bank account until 2 days later (use a check # by phone!) They dont have to be kind and competent but they are and they make life a little nicer. I recommend them whenever the topic of insurance comes up. Just the other day I was telling a couple people "they're so sweet" and a guy wanted the contact info. Lol"
